Etude Elementary

Beginning in kindergarten, The Étude Group teaches students to make the most of their minds. As they acquire essential knowledge they also begin to learn to observe and question, to evaluate information and connect ideas across disciplines - essential skills for lasting success, in and beyond the classroom.

The Étude Group believes that all students should participate in designing and developing their learning experience. Self-directed learning invests students in projects that align academic content with experiential, collaborative learning. Peer discussion and feedback  help build confidence.

Students blossom in our culture of mutual respect and shared goals. It fosters trust, self-confidence, and cooperative participation. Students and teachers combine to define goals and guidelines. Our curriculum balances individual studies with meetings and group activities to build a true sense of community.
