Curriculum Overview

Our goal is to provide a balance between essential academics, arts-based pursuits, and community activities. Please take a look at some of the curriculum options we offer and learn more about the content of our different courses.

Math Overview

Bridges in Mathematics, the math curriculum used at Étude Elementary, allows  students to learn through whole-group instruction and structured inquiry. Each lesson is split into a number corner activity where students look at patterns, practice mathematical skills, and share their thinking. Daily guided instruction is provided along with independent practice to help students develop foundational concepts, mathematical thinking, and the ability to solve complex problems.

Specialists Offered

At Étude Elementary, we are fortunate to offer an array of specialists to integrate and enhance our curriculum. In addition to their classroom teacher, students also work with a Dance/Movement teacher, a Drama Teacher, a Music Teacher, and a Physical Education teacher. These teachers work alongside our classroom teachers to integrate curriculum and create projects that allow students to demonstrate what they have learned through a multitude of subjects.
